Another reissue from Dr Martens hall of fame, the derby styled 1461 goes back to England to be built in their original Northamptonshire factory. The whole package is a vast step up in quality, featuring the idiosyncratic Oxblood red dyed leather - this time reproducing the original full-grain Quilon leather. The upper is lined with tan leather for a comfortable fit, so is the insoe. Underneath a Goodyear Welted construction method is to attach the AirWair sole to the upper, a more time-consuming practice but one that will see better durability.
